Alexandra Villalon is a Staff Attorney with the Immigrant Children and Youth (ICY) program. She received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 2023 where she developed her passion for immigration law. Alexandra received her B.A. from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2015 where she majored in International Studies. Prior to law school, Alexandra lived in NYC for four years working at a start-up company, learning fundamental business skills. Being a daughter of immigrant parents, Alexandra is a strong advocate for immigrants to have the resources and knowledge they deserve to have agency over their immigration process. She is a first-generation Houstonian and loves her home state of Texas. In her free time, Alexandra loves to read fiction books and dreams of starting a book club soon.
